With financial assistance from the Judicial Council of California and Administrative Office of the Courts, the Superior Court of California, County of Solano is able to offer this website as a tool to increase access and make information available to all citizens and organizations with business in the Court.

A Message from the Presiding Judge . . . 

Thank you for logging on to the Solano Superior Court's web site. The information contained on this site is intended to provide expanded and convenient access to the Court, while providing useful information, such as links to Jury Services, Court locations, and hours of operations.

We continue to strive to make this site as informative, relevant, and current as possible. Over the course of the next few months the site will be revised as we continue to add new links and services.

The mission of Superior Court of California, County of Solano is, "To provide all citizens an accessible forum for the fair, orderly, and impartial adjudication of legal disputes."

About the Court

The Superior Court of California, County of Solano is the unified trial court of both general and limited jurisdiction in the county. Comprised of 24 judicial officers (17 judges, 6 commissioners, and 1 judge pro tem) with a staff of 270, the court has jurisdiction over all cases arising within the county. This includes felony and misdemeanor criminal cases, traffic, civil and small claims, family law, probate, and juvenile cases. The court operates three court facilities within the county including: The Hall of Justice, at 600 Union Ave. in Fairfield, the Justice Center at 530 Union Ave. Fairfield, and the Solano Justice Building at 321 Tuolumne St., Vallejo. The Presiding Judge for 2008 and 2009 is The Honorable Ramona Garrett. Under her supervision the Court Executive Officer, Brian K. Taylor, administers the non-judicial operations of the court.

Court Tours

As part of our ongoing community outreach efforts, the Superior Court of Solano County invites students in grades one through twelve and their teachers to learn more about the judicial system by participating in its Court Tour Program. This program offers an opportunity to observe courtrooms, while in session. For further details, please click here.
