III. LEGAL EXPERIENCE

Law practice since 1982 has involved litigation of real property and construction disputes, corporate, partnership and commercial disputes, title insurance claims, and transactional assignments in complex real property, construction and commercial transactions. Mr. Vencill has represented both plaintiffs and defendants.

V. ADR TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

Basic mediation training from Appropriate Dispute Resolution Applications, Inc. (ADRA) and basic and advanced mediation training from Steven Rosenberg. Attended AAA advanced mediator workshop for construction lawyers. Attend periodic mediation workshops and training (MCLE). Since 1994, Mr. Vencill has successfully mediated and arbitrated cases involving all aspects of construction claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, claims arising from the sale of real property, commission disputes, title insurance claims, estate and trust claims, and claims arising out of the sale of goods.

VI. FEE RATES AND METHOD OF BILLING

(Subject to written agreement or court order) $325.00 per hour. Facilities for most cases available at no additional charge. No administrative fee. No charge for travel within Bay Area on full day cases. Advance deposit and written agreement required.
