PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Christine is a civil litigator with a background in insurance defense. She has practiced in Northern California since 1987, both in private firms and currently as house counsel for a large insurance company. She has been a mediator since 1999.

LITIGATION PRACTICE AREAS

Civil trial practice emphasizing first-and third-party personal injury, premises liability, and other tort claims, insurance coverage, and fraud.

ADR EXPERIENCE

Extensive experience in settlement and alternative resolution of disputes as an advocate, court appointed judicial arbitrator or mediator, and mutually agreed upon arbitrator or mediator in Solano, Sacramento, Contra Costa, Yolo and other counties. Member of Solano County mediator, arbitrator and HENCE panels, and Sacramento County mediator panel. Experienced in personal injury including uninsured and underinsured motorist cases, insurance matters, product liability and premises liability. Attended the Straus Institute of Pepperdine School of Law program, "Mediating the Litigated Case" in 2007.
