APPROACH AND PHILOSOPHY TO DISPUTE RESOLUTION:
My starting point in any dispute resolution process is a focus on the parties and the practical realities that they face in attempting to resolve their differences; not only must the interests of the parties in the conflict be addressed, but also those of others with whom a potential settlement may affect, in particular where one or both of the contending parties is acting in a representative capacity. Asking probing questions; identifying individual and institutional needs, expectations, and priorities; forward-looking case analysis; looking for common ground; crafting innovative solutions that the contending
parties are willing to live with; and a willingness to work with them until the job is done, is who I am and what I do.

FEE STRUCTURE:
Daily and hourly rates; flexible fee structure dependent upon amounts and issues in controversy.
